About Matt
My love for product management comes from a love of discovery and a love of seeing the impact of hard work. Over the past decade, I’ve been lucky to work at several innovative hospitality tech companies, building products that help people connect, travel, and enjoy good food.
I got my start in tech as a blogger at a tiny San Francisco startup — literally working out of our CEO’s garage. As the company grew, so did my role. I wore a lot of hats, from lead gen and sales to onboarding and support. Knowing our customers inside and out gave me a natural path into product management. I started shaping features, then roadmaps — and I was hooked.
Since then, I’ve led a wide range of product initiatives across guest experience, e-commerce, integrations, and operations. I love restaurants and travel, and that passion fuels my work. I roll up my sleeves, listen deeply, and build with purpose.
Outside of work, I’m a long-distance runner (and just finished my first ultramarathon), an amateur sourdough baker, a weekend woodworker, and an avid reader and book reviewer. My wife and I are always chasing our next adventure — or enjoying a quiet night in with our two dogs.
